Client information collected for the purposes of providing pet care services is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal or insurance obligations. Inactive client data is reviewed and securely deleted after 18 months of inactivity, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Use of Photos and Videos

Photos or videos of your pet may be taken during walks or visits to:

  • Share updates and enjoyable moments with you

  • Document progress, behaviours, or incidents for your information

  • Respond to a request you have made

  • Use in marketing (e.g. website, social media) if consent has been given specifically for this purpose*

*In any marketing use, no identifying personal information will be included, and reasonable care will be taken to avoid any identifiable features such as house numbers or street names of where you live. If you would like your own or your pet's social media account to be tagged in pictures of your pet used on social media, please write to me and advise your @handle and I will do my best to accommodate this.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

  • With your explicit permission

  • In an emergency, to provide essential care (e.g. with a vet)

  • Where required by law
